Risograph Stamp Animation

Empathy at Your Fingertips

For a fictional collaboration between "La Poste" and "Libération" journal, I designed the graphic for a paper stamp on current events, which is also adapted into a digital version through animation. I focused on the story of blind women in India who can detect breast cancer at an early stage through touch. I used Risograph printing as a sensitive method. Inspired by Indian art and its rich visual culture, the goal is to visually translate the unique human connection and exceptional sensitivity developed by these women, who use their hands as a valuable tool for medical assistance and comfort. The color pink is generally associated with softness, tenderness, love, and femininity. It evokes feelings of comfort, security, and compassion. Pink is also linked to breast cancer, symbolizing solidarity, compassion, and femininity.
